- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup 35% cooking cream
- 1 tsp cornstarch
1. Put all three ingredients in a small cooking pot and mix.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 minute.
3. Let cool so the sauce thickens.
