Ingredients

  • 16 oz (454 g) medium-firm tofu, drained
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened cereals
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

2. Pour in 4 small bowls and add a few raspberries on top.

3. Refrigerate for approximately an hour and serve.
