- 16 oz (454 g) medium-firm tofu, drained
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened cereals
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour in 4 small bowls and add a few raspberries on top.
3. Refrigerate for approximately an hour and serve.
