Many persons think that a salad is boring and uninteresting. I am here to help prove them wrong. Sure, a salad can be boring if you just throw some lettuce in a bowl without any form of dressing. Yes, that is without a doubt uninteresting and mostly, no one wants to eat that. However, when seasoned correctly and brilliantly, a salad on the side, can help elevate the plate and add freshness, so that it doesn’t end up being too heavy. Also, it can complete the dish and turn it into a whole meal. Just like no one likes a dry salad, no one likes only having their lonely meat in the middle of a dish without any sides. This too is boring.

If you follow this recipe, you won’t end up being the person who serves a boring meal, oh no, you will help your guests discover a new palette of flavors they never knew about. This dressing is really light and fresh and you can use it on a day-to-day basis without getting sick of it. It can be great on a cucumbers and tomatoes salad as well as on a green leafy salad. The maple syrup highlights the multiple flavors, but it also adds a bit of sugar in a way that is healthy for you (hyperlien interne vers l’article Is maple syrup healthy?).
