Granola

Often, people confuse granola with muesli. The difference between the two? Granola contains sugar like maple syrup or honey, however muesli is composed mostly of cereal and dry fruits. Granola is a great way to add taste, texture and nutriments all at once in your snack. It goes well with so much things: yogurt, chia pudding, smoothie bowls and more. It makes things more exciting because you add more flavor to your already existent recipes. For example, yogurt on his own can seem a little boring to eat, but once you add granola, fruits, nuts it becomes a fully new snack. It can be a way to revitalize the classics and your original snacks. I feel like once you incorporate granola in your daily habit, it becomes hard to live without it. It is easy to make and most of all, you can keep in a pantry for a good amount of time. The nice thing with this granola recipe is that you can adapt it to your taste. This is a basic recipe, but you can change it, add ingredients, whatever you prefer.

Homemade granola is also healthier than the one you buy, because you control what ingredients you put in it and it is way more economic, because when you make the recipe, you end up with a good amount of granola.
