Maple syrup and pecans muffins

This muffin recipe is a total treat. It has what you want in a muffin, but also the only source of sugar is maple syrup. Pure maple syrup is a natural sugar that doesn’t contain any additives and that is full of nutriments. It is without a doubt one of the best sugar products on the market. When you can use natural sugar instead of refined sugar is where you win in the long term. You still have to moderate your consumption, but between the two, it is better to consume maple. This recipe is a great example for that.

Still, this might be little less healthy than the other previous snacks because it still contains quite the amount of butter. Therefore, you can eat it as a snack or as a dessert. It could be a great substitute to the processed desserts that are not healthy at all and most of all full of ingredients that we can’t even pronounce. This soothes the sugary tooth of the children, but in a way that is better for their health. They could also bake them with you and get involve in the making of their weekly snacks or desserts.

The best part of this recipe, you can switch up the ingredients. For instance, here, the recipe focuses on a pecan muffin, but you could easily put fruits such as raspberries or apples instead. This can be your basic recipe and you are the one who can decide what you want to do with it.
